At madhur Agro Products, we specialize in providing fresh farm produce, particularly fruits. As perishable goods, fruits have a limited shelf life, and maintaining their quality is paramount. Therefore, we adhere to a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.

 

Returns:

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for any products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, returning them would compromise their quality and freshness. However, we make exceptions for cases involving damaged, pressed, squeezed, crushed consignments, provided you return the original good /Item. If you receive such items, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for replacements of the damaged items in 7 days.

 

Refunds:

Once an order is placed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, in the event of receiving damaged items or provided you return the original good /Ite, we may replace them as per our policy. Please note that we strictly adhere to a no-refund policy.
